Welcome to Prepster (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Prepster mobile application (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before using the App.

1. About Prepster

Prepster is designed specifically for students who have completed FSc and are preparing for the MDCAT exam. Our App provides comprehensive tools such as practice questions, mock tests, flashcards, AI-generated explanations, performance analytics, and gamification features to help you succeed in MCQ-based tests.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. User Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 years or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent.

4. Account Registration and Use

To access certain features, you may need to register an account and provide accurate, up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Content Accuracy and AI-Generated Explanations

While we strive to provide high-quality and accurate content, there may be occasional human errors in questions or answers.
Users are encouraged to submit queries or report inaccuracies directly through the in-app query submission feature.
Explanations provided by the App are generated using artificial intelligence technology and may not always be 100% accurate or comprehensive. Users should use their discretion and consult additional resources as needed.

6. User Conduct and Community Forum

The App may offer community forums or discussion boards. By participating, you agree to behave respectfully and avoid sharing personal or sensitive information.
Posts and profile information you share in public forums may be visible to other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the App are the property of Prepster or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review it carefully.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Prepster does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.
In no event shall Prepster be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
